Amy Thompson PHC-NP, BScN, MN - Medical Director
Amy is a Registered Nurse of 22 years and a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) practicing over the last 13 years within a Rural Family Health Team providing care from newborn to end-of-life support. Amy also manages the health care needs of a long term care facility and established a walk-in clinic that addresses acute care needs within the community. Additionally, she has been mentoring NP students for over 10 years and in 2017 completed her Masters in Nursing with a teaching focus. More recently, she has found a passion in medical aesthetics and has taken on the role of Medical Director for aesthetics at LUXX Aesthetics and Health.
Cassie Beattie RPN
Cassie is a Registered Practical Nurse of 20 years and a medical aesthetic nurse of 7 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including walk-in clinic and operating room nursing. She trained and worked alongside a prestigious Plastic Surgeon before starting her own practice. She is continuously involved in aesthetic courses to enhance her learning and skills. She is a member of CBAM (Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine).
